Wanna Smooch

Listing Overview

Raised on a working cattle ranch in Montana and now showing the foundations of a dressage career, this six-year-old mare by Westporte brings unusual versatility and a temperament that makes training genuinely enjoyable. She's accumulated two months of professional dressage training and has attended clinics covering dressage, jumping, and working equitation across western Montana, giving her a breadth of experience rare in a young horse. The seller describes her as eager and responsive yet remarkably quiet and sensitive, a mare who never calls for other horses and remains calm whether tied alone or stalled by herself. Her ranch upbringing shows in her steady mind: she handles mountain trails, arena work, trailering solo or in groups, and stands peacefully for the farrier, bath, and clippers, offering the kind of uncomplicated partnership that lets an amateur focus on learning rather than managing anxiety.
