Oldenburg, Mare, 4 years, 16 hh, Smoky-Black

Listing Overview

A smoky-black Oldenburg mare by Blue Hors Monte Carlo TC who placed first at Dressurpferde A and was selected for the Oldenburg Elite Auction as a foal. At four years old and standing 16 hands, she brings the kind of gaits the seller describes as leaving nothing to be desired, paired with a temperament that rewards patient, consistent handling. Licensed as an elite foal and raised in an open-stall warmblood herd, she's both robust and healthy, carrying a clean TÜV through 2025. The seller describes her as fearless and unusually manageable once trust is established, noting she needs to be convinced but transforms into an absolutely reliable partner with wonderful willingness to cooperate. Her natural leadership presence with horses and people means she's suited to confident riders who appreciate a mare with opinions, though the seller notes she can work well with supervised children. Imagine a young mare whose athletic quality matches her breeding, whose competitive start shows genuine promise, and whose character suggests the kind of partnership that deepens over years.
