Listing Overview
This 7-year-old Oldenburg gelding by For Romance brings together the right pedigree and the right foundation for a rider looking to develop a competitive dressage partnership. Standing 16.3 hands, he's been trained through First and Second Level with an approach the seller describes as focused on balance, strength and self-carriage, creating a confident and willing partner in the ring. His training program has included not just dressage work but also hacking, cavaletti and jumping, which develops the kind of versatility and mental soundness that makes for a reliable partner. With European bloodlines chosen for temperament and performance, and a solid grounding in the basics, he offers a rider the opportunity to bring along a horse with the physical and mental tools to progress up the levels.
