What stands out beyond the three uphill gaits is their personality: always ready to work, a favorite at the barn, genuinely easy in turnout and stall life, and blessed with the forward-thinking energy that makes upper level work possible without the tension that makes it difficult. They handle all the necessities beautifully (farrier, vet, trailering, cross ties), go kindly in either snaffle or double bridle, and while they're not a beginner horse thanks to that nice amount of forward, they're not hot either. Currently in Ocala through late March before heading to Colorado, PJ offers an adult amateur or professional the chance to campaign a well-trained horse with clean scores already on the board and the physical gifts to keep progressing.
